Manunggal Halim Jaya, the publisher of Golden Ratio of Social Science and Education, and the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Ternate, Indonesia.

The publication was organized based on the Activity Document of IAIN Ternate No. B-1289/F.1/PP.009/10/2025, reflecting a shared commitment to advancing research and scholarly discussion on the transformation of Islamic and general education in the era of independent learning, with particular emphasis on humanistic approaches, educational technology, and learning management.
