The journal welcomes research conducted across diverse organizational and institutional settings and encourages studies that examine HRM across countries, cultures, labor markets, and institutional environments.

Published research is expected to articulate its theoretical contribution and, where appropriate, implications for HRM practice, organizational decision-making, employees, and society. GRHRM publishes original research articles, review articles, systematic reviews, and conceptual or theoretical articles that make a substantive contribution to human resource management scholarship.
