Focus and Scope

Golden Ratio of Community Services and Dedication (GRCSD) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access multidisciplinary journal dedicated to advancing scholarly knowledge on community service, community engagement, empowerment, and sustainable community development. The journal publishes rigorous research and evidence-based reports of community-based interventions that address real-world challenges and contribute to measurable and sustainable improvements in community well-being, capacity, resilience, and development.

GRCSD welcomes studies from diverse disciplines when the research has a clear and substantive community-based intervention, engagement, empowerment, or development dimension. The journal values research that explains the needs and context of communities, the design and implementation of interventions, stakeholder participation, outcomes and impacts, and the sustainability or scalability of community initiatives.

GRCSD welcomes qualitative, quantitative, mixed-methods, participatory, action research, community-based research, program evaluation, case studies, and other rigorous approaches appropriate to the research question and intervention context.

The journal primarily publishes original research and evidence-based community service studies, including systematic evaluations, intervention studies, community development initiatives, and innovative models of community engagement.

Manuscripts must demonstrate a clear connection to community service, engagement, empowerment, or development and should provide evidence of community relevance, implementation, outcomes, or potential social impact.
